“ I love the ambiance of Stone. Their outdoor space is beautiful, their updated menu is delicious and they have a great selection of beer. The only downside is that they have the lower garden area which is drinks only and they allow no food at all. It would be great if you could order food at the bar and take it down there. That way you don't have to have a table but can still grab a small bite and head down there. Even if it were a limited menu. I recall they use to have that I in the area and they did not the last time we were there. Perhaps that's only in the evening hours that it's not available? Still, the food is great and fresh and so beautiful. ”

“ Okay let me just say that by this point everyone should know im an avid Stone Brewery lover lol but my brother and I as usual come by to enjoy a break from our meal prepping and to also get a delicious drink. We came by last Monday (03/10/25) to grab some food and a drink. Honestly I was torn between my SoCal Superfood or the Shrimp Scampi Bucatini (i know totally different spectrum). The wonderful gentleman who was assisting us was Kyle and I asked for his opinion when it came to choosing my meal. I was not disappointed at all by choosing the Shrimp Scampi. It was one of the meals I hadn't tried yet. Since the Korean Double Fried Chicken sandwich went away I've been trying to find my go to and this may end up being it. Of course I had to ask about the shrimp since on my cases restaurants tend to let you down. It did not disappoint here since the shrimps were on the larger side. I ended up not taking a picture but I can guarantee it was scarfed down. Also I would encourage you to order the dessert. They changed it up and now have a Stone Delicious Citrus IPA Apple Crumble Cobbler. I had to have it without the ice cream but was told by the other gentleman who got it with the ice cream that is was spectacular!! On this visit my brother and I were talking to another guest who, like myself, is a whiskey fan. I'm going to mention how attentive Kyle is because he overheard and recommended me to try the Arrogant consortium 2019 double bastard ale which was soo delicious. It was one I hadn't tried before so I was impressed and will be adding it to my list of favorites. So here comes my brother and I going on week 2. We had to have a drink for St Patrick's Day so we ended up going on another Monday and had the pleasure of seeing Kyle there once again. This time is was only to quench our thirst. They had a new beer here that was so tasty. It was Professor Stardust which I chose because of the name and oof I would highly recommend this one. I was given the recommendation of the Multi Award Winning Stone Cimmerian Portal. Pretty good but I'd stick to the Stardust. This spot never disappoints. Great for families, friends or a go to spot to bond with your siblings! You come for the time but stay for the great service you receive from everyone who works here. Before my brother and I left we stopped in the shop and we're assisted by Natalie and Alina. Those ladies were definitely a great way to end a visit. ”

“ Came for a company holiday lunch. There's a pretty large parking area, but when I arrived for lunch I was surprised, there were barely any open spots. Had reservations for 12 and was sat outside. We were sat next to the building wall that had a heater hanging from edge. That heater was surprisingly powerful as I felt it from about 10 feet away. The outside is pretty spacious with a large area to explore if one wanted or if one wasn't dining. Food/drink - Pan Roasted Barramundi was fantastic. Perfectly cooked. Not too buttery. Balanced overall. - Hot buttered rum was the perfect drink on this chilly day. Service - Service was great. Servers weren't too overbearing, but they'd pass by our table every so often and we'd be able to flag them down if we needed any refills or additional items. ”

“ We had a ladies night out here at Stone Brewing. Despite it being a busy night, our service was reasonable. Our table knew what we wanted and items came out very quickly so we were definitely pleased with that. The steak was great, cooked to the right chew and flavor was fantastic (the fries were a cherry on top). The brussel sprouts were delectable as well as the other appetizers we ordered. Drinks were great and everyone enjoyed the items they ordered. The interior and exterior design of the place is absolutely beautiful. Definitely will be coming back. “ so now i've been here twice...first time was MANY years ago with out of town beer loving guests who wanted to come here..more recently this month with coworkers. parking - easy and ample atmosphere - inside is large and sterile yet inviting. outside is gorgeous! service - friendly and casual. food - pretty good. large portions drinks - well they have beer and I don't drink beer. they have a cocktail list but it's not real cocktails...so i went with a glass of rose. Pour size was acceptable so i'm not mad. what else should i expect at a brewery =) yup i would come back ... ”

“ So right off the bat it's obviously very gorgeous here and incredibly vibey there's no denying that. When you walk in they've got this like cool garden maze, rainforest cafe on steroids type of thing going on which I dig. Our server was really cool and patient, no doubts about that. The only thing I wasn't super blown away by was the food. I know a lot of people rave about it and maybe it was just what I ordered but the ham and cheese croquettes were really potato forward and it was missing that cheese element. The ham was there but barely noticeable. The flavor was okay, just kind of "meh". The bang bang chicken wings were really good, just needed to be crispier and they'd be on the money. The pulled pork sandwich was a little dry and the sauce they provided was alright. Maybe if they had a thicker bbq sauce I'd like it better? Again, could've just been what I ordered. We had a few people in our group get steak frites, birria tacos and a birria melt, fish and chips and everyone had mixed opinions on their food. Maybe I just need to come back on a different day but the beer is always good. Service good. Ambiance, excellent. ”

“ This location is huge and has really nice decor with giant stones inside their brewery and in the back patio area. I ordered a Mediterranean salad which was delicious. I wish they had a bigger selection like the location in SD - the one with the R&D brews with funky flavors, but this one seems like it's mostly standard. ”

“ Absolutely love the ambience of Stone in Escondido. Tucked away from the busy city life in the industrial park behind Palomar Hospital, the beer garden is a perfect place to get away and relax. I've been coming here for years, I use to come for a beer and study for exams during my college days because of how surprisingly quiet the brewery was. The patio area is perfect for an evening out with friends, with a fire pit but also ample seating and heaters. The garden is also a nice area to walk around and relax with a brew or two. Over the years the food went from mediocre to delicious, although the price is a bit high. The food options are fantastic and quality to match, my favorite is the poke nachos, but the go to snacking staples are the Brussel sprouts and pretzels. The patio is conveniently set up with QR codes for ordering and paying, food and drinks come out fairly quickly considering how busy they are and all the mobile orders going in. All of the hosts and servers are very nice. ”
